Notice of Change of Trade Name (Company Name) of the Subsidiary Shiseido Vietnam Inc.

FineToday Holdings Co., Ltd. (FTHD, Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, CEO: Tetsuo Komori) hereby announces a change to the trade name (company name) of its subsidiary Shiseido Vietnam Inc. effective as of November 25, 2024.

■ New and former trade names and date of change

*Approval for the change of trade name was obtained from Vietnamese authorities on November 25, 2024.

■ Reason for the change of trade name

After acquiring Shiseido Vietnam Inc. from Shiseido Company, Limited in December 2023, FTHD continued to use the original trade name in order to facilitate the transitions of various operations. With all transitions now either complete or progressing smoothly, we decided to change the trade name in order to further enhance and solidify--both in name and in practice--the FineToday Group business system, which integrates technological development, manufacturing, and sales.
